Red Sox bring Casey on board

The Red Sox will officially announce the signing of free-agent first baseman Sean Casey at a Fenway Park press conference on Tuesday at 4:45 p.m. ET. Casey, a starter for virtually all of his career, will back up Kevin Youkilis in Boston.
