Red Sox News: George Bush Gets a Jersey

Earlier today, the World Series Champions, the Boston Red Sox, boarded a plane bound for Washington D.C. to see the President of the United States. For most of the Red Sox, this will be the first visit to the White House and the Walter Reed Medical Center.  After the 2007 World Champs meet with the president, they will make there way down to the Walter Reed Medical Center to meet and greet ill patients.  The Red Sox awarded President George Bush with a Red Sox team shirt that said BUSH 07 on the back.  Many of the players said that it is exciting to meet our president and be honored.  This was Curt Schilling's highlight so far this spring.
