Hey, hon...Hon...The mail man came.
My unemployment check is he-ah.
I've been waitin' for this day since October 3rd..(No, not for my unemployment check..only since November 20th)...for single game Sox tickets to go on sale.
I'm not one of the big mucky mucks, who can afford season tickets..I'm a regular Joe. Like you. I used to manage a warehouse that ships educational books...but with the downturn in the economy, schools can't buy books no more..So I've been trying to time my unemployment check so I can buy single game tickets.
The Baseball God and the Regular God have teamed up and I'm golden.
I'm going to go shave the hair around my Sox tattoo...then bend over and check to see if my Yankee one is still hidden...and wait til 9:00 AM tomorrow.
It's 3:45 PM today...17 hours and 15 minutes til I get to go into the Virtual waiting room. Forever....
