Red Sox try to rest Okajima in finale

 
Red Sox manager Terry Francona said that he may stay away from using Hideki Okajima in Sunday's series finale with the Brewers. Okajima, the only member of the Red Sox's bullpen who was not used in the day-night doubleheader with the Brewers on Saturday, is nursing a sore left wrist. (link)
