Red Wings D Stuart out with broken finger
Published 3/20/2008 at FOXSports.com News for NHL
Red Wings defenseman Brad Stuart will miss the rest of the regular season because of a broken finger and might not be back for the start of the playoffs, either.
Stuart was injured while blocking a shot during the third period of Detroit's 3-1 loss to Columbus on Wednesday.
The Red Wings acquired him from the Los Angeles Kings on Feb. 26 to add depth to a defense corps that was already depleted by injury.
