Math has never been my thing. Sure, I may have a bit of a stats fetish, but I just don't have much of a mind for numbers. So I'm not the dude to be trying to explain exactly what this means, but according to the complex system devised by Jeff Sagarin, the Skins are the top-rated team in the NFL.
