hailredskins.com 6/4/2008 — So the Washington Redskins start the second session of the OTA voluntary practices. And, just like last season, CB Shawn Springs is a NO SHOW. Last season was probably more understandable considering the Rumors about whether Springs would be traded or welcome back.
