New Orleans running Reggie Bush started Sunday against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers after missing the previous four games because of a knee injury. Bush hadn't played since tearing the meniscus in his left knee on Oct. 19 during a loss at Carolina and having arthroscopic surgery. Safety Jermaine Phillips returned to Tampa Bay's lineup after missing three games with a forearm injury.
