Brett Favre is considering coming out retirement, according to an ESPN report. ESPN's Chris Mortensen says a Green Bay Packers source told him the 38-year-old Favre told coach Mike McCarthy in the past two weeks that he has the itch to play.

Should Favre return this year, it would undoubtedly be for nothing less than as the Packers’ starting quarterback. That certainly would bump up the fantasy values of Green Bay’s offensive talents.
