Report: Dukes due in court

Nationals outfielder Elijah Dukes appears to be in hot water again. According to the St. Petersburg Times, Amanda E. Reese of Tampa recently asked for protection from Dukes. Reese is scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday, the paper said.
