Houston point guard Rafer Alston left Game 6 of the playoffs Friday night against Utah in the second quarter after spraining his right ankle. X-ray results were negative, but the Rockets said the sprain was bad enough that Alston would not play in the second half of a game Houston needed to win to avoid elimination.
