Rockies' Herges, Hill issue apologies

 
Colorado Rockies reliever Matt Herges and first base coach Glenallen Hill have issued written apologies for using performance-enhancing substances. Herges says he has "no excuse for my actions" and says he's deeply remorseful. [link]
