Steven Luevano retained his WBO featherweight title with a 12-round unanimous decision over Australian Bill Dib in a fight that had almost as much clutching and grabbing as punches on Saturday.
There were no knockdowns in the 126-pound (57-kilogram) bout that headlined the undercard on the Kelly Pavlik-Bernard Hopkins fight at Boardwalk Hall.
Luevano of Los Angeles seemed to hurt Dib momentarily in the eighth and 10th rounds in defending his title for the fourth time.
