Ryan Grant needs to be paid. Pay him. But he's under contract. That's right, to be a backup. Guess what? He got promoted. But he should be loyal to the team. Loyalty? Earl Campbell couldn't walk on his own by the time he was 40. The league chews players up and spits them out. On top of that, contracts aren't guaranteed, except for star players.
