Santana's 2014 option may flip sides

According to a report by The Associated Press, Johan Santana would get to make the decision on his 2014 option, not the New York Mets, if he finishes high in Cy Young Award balloting or pitches regularly in the latter stages of his $137.5 million, six-year contract.
