Scoring spree lifts Jays over Mariners

Behind a solid start from David Purcey, as well as an offensive eruption, the Blue Jays defeated the Mariners, 8-3, on Saturday at Rogers Centre. The win brought Toronto's record to 53-51 and also extended its winning streak to five games.
