Vince Young had a perfect quarter as the Tennessee Titans led the Indianapolis Colts 7-0 at the end of the first period Sunday night. Young completed all four passes for 31 yards and engineered a touchdown drive on the game's opening possession. The Titans marched 79 yards in 11 plays, and Chris Brown scored on an 8-yard run to give Tennessee a 7-0 lead.
