Selig to help 'Stand Up To Cancer'

Supporting the "Stand Up To Cancer" initiative, which raises funds for cancer research, Commissioner Bud Selig will appear on a telethon hosted simultaneously by ABC, CBS and NBC on Friday night, beginning at 8 p.m. ET.
