After dealing Nate McLouth to the Braves during a series against the Mets a month ago, the Pirates have continued to wheel-and-deal. In a pair of moves Tuesday, they sent Eric Hinske to the Yankees for minor-league outfielder/catcher Eric Fryer and righthander Casey Erickson . Hinske had signed a one-year, $1.5 million deal with the Pirates last offseason. He was serving as a utility player with Andy LaRoche’s ascent at third base.
