Seton Hall: Gonzalez is safe

 
SAN ANTONIO - The Seton Hall administration has thankfully put an end to rumors and speculation that coach Bobby Gonzalez is in danger of losing his job. The president of the university, Monsignor Robert Sheeran, issued the following brief statement today: *“Bobby Gonzalez is Seton Hall’s Coach and will continue to be our coach as we move ahead. “I can assure you all that Coach Gonzalez will continue to strengthen our men’s basketball program and will be successful in all those areas that matter to the University, the student-athletes and the fans. He has the full support of my administration in doing this. “Know that I am committed to both Coach Gonzalez and Mr. Quinlan in their leadership efforts to build up this great University basketball program.”* Most of the college basketball world is here for the Final Four and discussion about Gonzalez’ future has been plentiful.
