The Titans swapped 4th rounders with Washington, moving up to #103 to select little-known Winston-Salem State DE William Hayes with their first pick in the 4th round. Hayes is a 6′2″ 272 lb DE who hails from a tiny school in North Carolina. He impressed scouts with his 4.6 forty-yard dash and an impressive showing in the bench press, lifting 225 lbs 28 times.
