Smith sent to Rockies in Carroll trade

 
The Jamey Carroll trade from Dec. 8 is done, with the Tribe sending Minor League righty arm Sean Smith to the Rockies as the player to be named later. Cleveland has signed Jason Stanford to a Minor League deal to fill their Triple-A rotation. [link]
