Up in the great Northwest at Steve’s Place (Vancouver, Canada) the Sonics beat the Suns, 121-108 to complete the preseason at 5-3 and finally moving on to the real games. The game was very close for the most part, especially in the first half, while in the end Chris Wilcox’s 27 points and seven Sonics in double figures (non of whom was named Durant back in SThe Ultimate NBA Preview

Man… the Lakers… I gotta pre-empt this all with a statement: Yes, I am a Lakers fan. But that doesn’t make me blind to the glaring flaws in the franchise, nor does it fill me with an unrealistic hope that this roster can take us to the Promised Land of the NBA Finals.
