SPRING TRAINING: E-MAIL FROM TAMPA

Chien-Ming Wang threw batting practice for the second time yesterday. On one too-far-inside pitch, he nearly hit Derek Jeter , who jumped back but laughed it off. Asked about it later, Jeter grinned and said, ''I told him everything outside." Wang seemed much more worried than Jeter. Asked jokingly if he and Jeter were having a problem, Wang quickly said, "No. No problems." [link]
