Steelers Lock Up Roethlisberger With $102 Million Extension

The Pittsburgh Steelers have signed quarterback Ben Roethlisberger to an eight-year, $102 million contract extension that runs through the 2015 season. The deal includes about $36 million in guaranteed money. "Ben has been an outstanding leader on the field for the Steelers since his rookie year and we are very happy to know that he will be our quarterback for many years to come," team president Art Rooney II said in a written statement...Please click on the title to continue reading this entry.
