ESPN has published a letter on its website that it says it received today from Baltimore Ravens kicker Matt Stover. In it, Stover writes that he wants to "clarify" his e-mail sent to fellow players in recent days, outlining a plan to replace Gene Upshaw as executive director of the NFL Players Association next March.
