A judge yesterday dismissed a domestic violence case against Washington Nationals outfielder Elijah Dukes when the woman who filed the complaint failed to appear in a Tampa court. Dukes's attorney also released documents that he intended to submit in the case, accusing the woman of having knowledge regarding the theft of Dukes's property, including his car.Baseball Prospectus Top 11 Rays Prospects

Sure enough, our esteemed colleague at Baseball Prospectus, Kevin Goldstein, released his top 11 prospects for Tampa Bay. Not to be confused with the “Tampa Bay Top 10″, this list is compiled by BP and distributed with scouting reports for a small fee. Nationals outfielder Elijah Dukes appears to be in hot water again. According to the St. Petersburg Times, Amanda E. Reese of Tampa recently asked for protection from Dukes. Reese is scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday, the paper said.
