Florida State guard Isaiah Swann will be out indefinitely because of a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee.
Swann was injured in the first half of Florida State's 65-55 victory Wednesday over Miami in Coral Gables. Doctors made the diagnosis after he had an MRI test Thursday in Tallahassee.
The 6-foot-2 senior from Germantown, Md., was averaging 11.8 points and 2.9 assists. He started in 21 of the Seminoles' 24 games.
