A person familiar with the negotiations says the Houston Texans have agreed to a deal with quarterback Rex Grossman. The person, who spoke on the condition of anonymity because the agreement had not yet been announced, said Grossman is expected to sign after passing a physical. Grossman, an unrestricted free agent, led the Chicago Bears to the NFC championship in 2006.
