TFC, SJ look to end year with postive

 
The two expansion teams for the last two years meet in their season finales at Buck Shaw Stadium when the San Jose Earthquakes entertain Toronto FC. Both saw their bids for a place in the MLS Cup Playoffs come down to the final weekend of the season before reaching an end, each team eliminated last Saturday evening. (link)
