The Argument for Texas' BCS Hopes

 
Lately all over ESPN has been the talk of if Oklahoma beats Oklahoma State, whether the Sooners they should leapfrog Texas in the BCS polls. Oklahoma dismantled Texas Tech, Texas Tech edged Texas on an incredible Michael Crabtree play, and Texas went to Dallas and beat Oklahoma. It's like we're living a reality show! Let's break this down. Texas (ranked No. 3 at the time) went to neutral Dallas in the Cotton Bowl and upset the No. 1 Oklahoma Sooners. Texas Tech (ranked No. 7 at the time) hosted Texas in Lubbock in one of the best games I have seen in recent history, where they beat the No. 1 Longhorns in the final seconds of the game. Texas Tech jumped to No. 2 and were completely demolished by the No. 5 Sooners. So here's the question: Who should be on top? Texas Tech has been left out of this talk for two reasons.
