Another day, another chapter in the Denver Broncos-Jay Cutler ugly public divorce saga.
Weeks after demanding a trade—at least according to ESPN’s Chris Mortensen—from the Broncos after finding out the team had attempted to acquire Matt Cassel, Cutler now claims that he never asked to be traded .
He added in an impromptu interview with Fox’s Jay Glazer that he was surprised to hear that Denver had officially put him on the block so soon.
Say what?!?
This is just another display of NFL disinformation at its finest. But regardless of what is being said by the Broncos, Cutler and his agent, several NFL teams are hot after Cutler.
At this point, a trade seems inevitable—in fact, one may even happen by the close of business tomorrow , according to several ESPN talking heads (Mort among them).
Stepping away from the drama for a second, here is a look at the potential suitors for Cutler and some quick fantasy impressions on each.
