The pain, the pain: Alex Rodriguez is hurting for certain

Another day, another Yankee star injured. This time, it’s Alex Rodriguez, who reaggravated his quad in last night’s win. This is terrible news, especially given the fact that the Yanks will be missing Jorge Posada from the lineup after he was placed on the disabled list yesterday. Get well soon, Alex and Jorge! On the bright side, the Yanks are finally headed home after the road trip to end all road trips. And Mike Mussina seems like he’s on the vengeance pitching tour, ever since Hank Steinbrenner called him out in the media. This is his second good start in a row. I heard Moose was so angry at what Hank said that Mike dropped his crossword puzzle in rage. The Yanks have gone 10-10 in the last 20 games. Given that 18 of those games were on the road, and given all the injuries that have happened, it’s not as terrible as it could have been.
