Top 5 Reasons Why C.C. Sabathia Is Not Worth 140 Million Dollars.

 
5 . After C.C. won the Cy Young award in 2007, he came back for the 2008 season with Cleveland and looked terrible at the start. Yeah, he turned it around and pitched well for Milwaukee, but I think part of that reason is because the NL was not used to seeing C.C. All this publicity and media attention for Sabathia could take a toll on him. 4. The pressure for pitching in the Bronx is unbelievable. If you pitch for the New York Yankees, you are expected to make a Hall of Fame performance for each start, and if you don't look good you'll hear it from the New York media, as well as the fans for a long, long time.   3. Baseball is unfair. I love the game of baseball, but the way these organizations spend money and how some ball clubs don't have the money to afford big name players really sucks.
