Toronto Maple Leafs: My Two Cents On This Summer!

 
Everyone, the following is not a rumour. It's just my opinion about the draft, free agents, and, of course, my two-cent idea of what Leafs plans are for the summer. Let's start with DRAFT. Friday night was a disappointment night for Me (Toronto Maple Leaf fan), but when I woke up Saturday morning, things started clicking in my head about Brian Burke's Plan. There are two reason why we are very mad at Brian Burke.   1. Brian Burke raised everyone's hope, to the extent where we were expecting Tavares or Duchene. It didn't happen, not because Brian Burke didn't try, but the Islanders were not willing to trade their pick, and I don't blame them, based on the situation they are IN. For the No. 2 pick, the asking price for sure was Kaberle and the seventh pick, or Kaberle and Schenn. 2. Unlike other GMs we had in the past, Brian Burke is the most patient and mind-game master we had after a very long time. WE are not USED TO BEING PATIENT.
