Joe Torre won't pick sides between Roger Clemens and Brian McNamee, the former New York Yankees strength coach who accused the Rocket of using performance-enhancing drugs. "You're not going to get me in that jackpot," the former Yankees manager said Wednesday. "I'd rather just stay away from making any in-depth comment about the whole steroid-HGH thing."

Keep in mind the Angels only paid it once and that was$927,059 in 2004. So far the tax has been about the big east teams. In total since the tax started Boston has spent $13.86 million, including the $6.02 million spent this year.
