Trachsel's next start in sight

 
They've circled the series, if not the exact date. The Orioles plan on sending Steve Trachsel back to the mound in next week's series against the Rays, but they're still not certain which game he'll pitch. [link]

About a half dozen baserunning errors, shakey starting pitching, and other mental lapses put a hold on the Rays comeback attempt as they dropped the game 9-8 to the Cardinals in 10 innings. The Rays are now 25-18 and still lead the AL East by percentage points.
