Twins to put Baker on DL, will recall Perkins

 
The Minnesota Twins will put right-hander Scott Baker on the 15-day disabled list. and recall left-hander Glen Perkins from Triple-A Rochester to take his place in the rotation. The Twins announced Wednesday that Baker was going to the DL because of a strained right groin that forced him out of his last start after three innings. [link]
