You may notice that over the years we don't care much around here about the NBA playoffs. We'd much rather a good pitcher's duel than watch Game 1 of Round 1 of the aforementioned NBA playoffs. And we got one when we watched the Twins play the ...Is It The Release Point?

It’s no secret that one of the biggest concerns with the Cleveland Indians thus far is the ineffectiveness of would-be “ace” C.C. Sabathia. His walk rate is uncharacteristically high, his location has been average-at-best, and he simply has been unable to get batters out. Thankfully, there are people out there like Josh Kalk who do excellent work studying pitching data, and provide us all ...Jason Kubel Wants a Contract Extension

What a summer of discontent this is shaping up to be. April is barely halfway over and already the Indians are baffling all of their followers, as well as themselves, as the team has now frustratingly sputtered to a 7-12 start this year. Sunday was just par for the course, as the Indians dropped yet another game and yet another series as they fell to the Twins 2-1 in 10 innings...If You Can't Beat Him, Sign Him

It'll never happen but how nice it would be to finally take a summer off. Just one season where Minnesotans were sweating due to the humidity rather than what Frank Thomas was doing or going to do to their beloved Twins. Though he's no longer an MVP run producer it'd be interesting and probably a lot of fun if he donned the TC, no? Forget Jason Kubel for one year -- just think about it.
