Twins will try to create a stir at Meetings

With the annual Winter Meetings set to take place from the Bellagio on Dec. 8-11 in Las Vegas, the expectation is this period of inactivity in baseball won't last much longer. And for the Twins, that could mean the end to their offseason stalemate.
