Umpires botch call on Soto's inside-the-park homer

Another night, another botched home run call by an umpire. This time it didn't cost the team any runs as Chicago Cubs catcher Geovany Soto got an inside-the-park home run in the fourth inning Monday night against the Houston Astros.
