USA Eagles—Canada: Why Can't We Watch Live?

 
THIS JUST IN  ... via the Canadian Women's Rugby website , the audio feed should be available at http://budurl.com/txmu for the USA "A" vs Canada "A" match. With less than four days until the International match between the USA Eagles and Canada, the buzz in rugby land ( Jeanie the Greek posted about it, and Liz started a Facebook campaign) is, "where can we watch it?" As of tonight (the day of the USA "A" match), neither game will be available to rugby fans, other than the lucky fans who can travel to Glendale this weekend to watch live. Many female rugby players want to know why; why are the best women players in the nation not being put on display for the thousands of high school, college, and club players who aspire to be them? We are lucky to have this test match here on U.S. soil, but not everyone is lucky enough to be there in person. USA Rugby needs to find a way to get these games to the viewers.
