USC, Oklahoma, Florida, Texas: Where Do Utah Utes Fit In?

Honestly, they are where they should be. Take nothing away from Utah—finishing undefeated is a tough task, but it does not automatically earn you a national title shot. I commend you and your fans on your season, but you do not deserve to be playing in the BCS National Championship game! I am so sick of the Utah fans and columnists crying about their team being the “only undefeated,” and therefore they are the only “true” champion. And it is so unfair that we are not No. 1. First off, Utah’s problem is what we thought USC’s problem was: a weak schedule. However, after watching these bowl games and seeing the Pac-10 go undefeated, I am not so sure we gave them enough credit.
