Virginia Tech wide receiver Ike Whitaker is scheduled to appear in court next month after being charged with two misdemeanors. According to the Virginia courts case-information Web site, Whitaker was charged Friday with public swearing and intoxication. A November 6 hearing is scheduled in Montgomery County General Court.
