Velandia gets first start with Indians

Manager Eric Wedge gave Jhonny Peralta a day off from the rigors of short Wednesday night, so Jorge Velandia, whose contract was purchased from Triple-A Buffalo two weeks ago, made his first start in an Indians uniform.
