The Minnesota Vikings are already active in free agency, agreeing to terms with fullback Thomas Tapeh (tah-PAY') and safety Madieu (mah-DEE'-ooh) Williams. Wide receiver Bernard Berrian is also coming for a visit. Tapeh should replace Pro Bowl pick Tony Richardson, who became a free agent. Tapeh played at the University of Minnesota before four seasons in Philadelphia.
