Villanueva meets another ace on TBS

Another start, another matchup against an ace. That's how it has gone this season for Brewers right-hander Carlos Villanueva, who began the year as Milwaukee's No. 4 starter, but has a habit of drawing other teams' best. In each of his seven starts since Villanueva won the Brewers' home opener, he has drawn the opponents' Opening Day starter.

For the first six innings yesterday Ben Sheets pitched lights-out and it appeared that if the offense could just tally a single run, they would take the game and series. That thought went up in flames in the top of the seventh. Sheets gave up six hits and six runs while only recording one out in the inning.
