Wagner gets lone All-Star spot, but Wright still kicking

 
Billy Wagner is the lone Met representative in the July 15 All-Star Game. No David Wright. No Jose Reyes. No Carlos Beltran. No Johan Santana. Aramis Ramirez of the Cubs is the other third baseman, behind Chipper Jones. Cristian Guzman of the Nationals and Miguel Tejada of the Astros are the backup shortstops to Hanley Ramirez. UPDATE: Wright ain’t dead yet. He’s one of five finalists for a fan internet vote, along with Pat Burrell, Aaron Rowand, Carlos Lee and Corey Hart. You can vote here . [link]
