Waiting on LeBron James?: The Road Ahead for the New York Knicks

 
After trading away their top two players, Jamal Crawford and Zach Randolph, as well as a solid backup in Mardy Collins, the Knicks look a little slower and out of sync. They received Al Harrington who is a solid player outside and inside of the paint, but looks sluggish and not in rhythm with his other teammates. His shots haven't been falling, but it seems that he as started to pick up the Mike D'Antoni system more and more with each game. He has also only played seven games this year (two with the Knicks) so his endurance and wind hasn't been up to par. The Knicks also received Tim Thomas from the L.A. Clippers in the Zach Randolph deal. This is Tim's second stint with the Knicks, so he should feel comfortable playing at the Garden. He is another guy, like Harrington, who can play both in the paint, as well as from beyond arc.
