If you wanted the perfect example of a team finding a way to lose a game, 10:25 PT on a typical Bay Area night, when the Golden State Warriors faced the Miami Heat, was an ideal time to turn on a your television set.
The Warriors were defeated in a "shoot yourself in the foot" game against the Heat with a 130-129 final result.
Jamaal Crawford scored a game-high 40 points on his home debut in a Warriors number-six jersey. He also had seven assists to accompany that.
Corey Maggette, who partially cost the Warriors the game, scored 29 points and had five rebounds. Stephen Jackson was affected by a finger injury suffered against the Cleveland Cavaliers on the East Coast Road Trip, and had eight points and 11 assists.
Andris Biedrins rebounded back from the poor performance on the East Coast road trip with 17 points and 15 rebounds.
Dwayne Wade had 37 points and 13 assists. Rookie Michael Beasely, who made the game winning play for the Heat, went for 19 points and six rebounds in 24 minutes.
